Adobe Experience Manager Guides

Viewstream was approached by Adobe to help create an explainer video around a new product for technical writers called, Adobe Experience Manager Guides. While companies are going through Digital Transformation to redefine internal workflows and processes and create 1:1 customer experiences, one area that has been left behind is technical product documentation and support content. This content is still typically delivered via static PDF’s and webpages which provide a very limited experience for the customer.

The Viewstream team crafted an engaging story that simplified the complexities of this product. We communicated how the product is solving industry challenges, providing improved customer experiences, and ultimately driving retention and loyalty. The client was thrilled with the final video, and we are now localizing the video in three languages, German, French and Japanese. Watch Video

Capgemini Inspires at Dreamforce

Viewstream helped enhance the Capgemini presence at this year’s Dreamforce event in San Francisco by creating a touch screen experience that enabled patrons visiting their booth to easily and quickly find thought leadership and case study content. Adobe, a long-standing core client of Viewstream, approached us to help promote the launch of Adobe Connect 12, a completely re-engineered product release. Viewstream created a number of assets for the launch including web content and animations, explainer videos (Why Adobe Connect and What’s New?), and an aspirational brand video for the newly refreshed brand and product.

The Viewstream writing team began crafting an aspirational story around the power of connection, bringing people together through virtual environments. The Clinician Café is a central hub of information and resources providing best practices for Family Planning Clinicians on topics around sexual and reproductive healthcare. The Clinician Café and its content is supported by the National Clinical Training Center for Family Planning (NCTCFP) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). All of the excitement and enthusiasm that exists on both sides when a company starts working on a new campaign with an agency can sometimes lead to critical balls being dropped or essential details being glossed over. To ensure the best results, clients need to understand some important things about the nature of the client-agency relationship.
