John J. Assalian, Chief Executive Officer

John J. Assalian brings a strategic focus to marketing, honed over fifteen years experience with a range of entrepreneurial and market-changing businesses. As CEO of Viewstream since 1999, Mr. Assalian has built a marketing firm that conceives, develops and engineers marketing strategies for leading brands, including Autodesk, Microsoft, Sony, HP, as well as a range of startups and SMEs in the high tech industry. Graduating with triple honors in Economics from Binghamton University, Mr. Assalian has spoken widely on marketing, worked on the world's first search engine designs, shown his creative work in film festivals worldwide and has won multiple gold medals in Chinese Martial Arts.

Joshua Shane, Vice President of Business Development & Strategy

Joshua Shane is a recognized business development and marketing authority with executive management experience in hardware, systems and software. As Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, Joshua brings over a decade of expertise in Technical Computing to design and drive B2B marketing partnerships and campaigns. Prior to joining Viewstream, Joshua was the Principal for his technology marketing consulting company ElbowSpeak, where for the previous five years, he has consulted for startups as well as technology companies such as Microsoft, Tyan and Cray. Prior to consulting, Joshua was Director of Marketing at Orion Multisystems, OQO, Evergreen Technologies, as well as marketing manager at Transmeta Corporation.

Rob McLay, Vice President of Creative

Rob McLay has over fifteen years of experience in digital design, branding and content marketing. He began his career as Senior Designer for Publicis, one of the largest advertising agencies in the world. Building on his agency experience he has spent the last decade working with the largest tech companies in the valley including Intuit, HP, Yahoo, Apple, Microsoft, Oracle, Genentech, Intel, Cadence. When he's not pushing pixels Rob enjoys running, biking, pro hoops - and Fender Stratocasters.

Tom Jagger, Vice President of Production

Tom Jagger has over twenty years experience managing marketing communications initiatives. Mr. Jagger has managed accounts, from planning through implementation to delivery, for clients such as Westinghouse Electric Company, Autodesk and Microsoft. Tom graduated with Honors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Telecommunications.

Johnny Good, Vice President of Creative

As a creative executive, Johnny has 23 years of leading edge media production, integrated digital marketing and live event experience that he brings to the table. He has developed, written, directed and produced hundreds of award-winning programs with rich-media and interactive capabilities -- supporting ongoing brand marketing and high growth sales campaigns at dozens of leading corporations worldwide.

Don Sparks, Director of Account Strategy & Business Development

Don Sparks has been working in marketing management and creative production for fifteen years, beginning as a Lead Broadcast Designer and Producer for Weather Plus. In this role, Don was responsible for the design and development of their UK, Dutch and German marketing channels. As a director at Viewstream, Don has account managed and performed business development for clients such as Autodesk, Intel, Cisco Systems, HP and Motorola. Don enjoys running, songwriting and expressing himself through a Fender Custom Telecaster. He is a graduate of The University of Georgia and has an MFA in Animation and Visual Effects from the Academy of Art in San Francisco.

Joel Yabrudy, Creative Director

Joel Yabrudy brings ten years of award-winning creative experience in digital design. A graduate from the Academy of Art College with a BFA in Computer Arts, Mr. Yabrudy has been both lead developer and creative director on a variety of content marketing projects for companies such as Microsoft, Sony, Xerox, Intuit and Autodesk.

Russ Granger, Technical Director

Russ Granger brings two decades of experience in media, marketing and communication technology. He has led technical teams on hundreds of websites, marketing systems and webcast events around the world for clients ranging from Microsoft to Cisco. Russ focuses on strategic consulting accounts, media delivery and enterprise marketing systems.
